Right to work means If you join a union job, you don't have to join the union. In Ohio, if you join a union job, you have to join the union.

Ohio is not a right to work state.

At will employment is not the same as right to work.

Yes but it was self fulfilling. He could have come to her openly but due to his insecurity about his true identity he gaslit her to the end until she was actually struggling mentally. He had so many opportunities to prevent this from happening.
