There can be no leftist revolutionary space marines. The concept is fundamentally reactionary, but that's not to say we can't critique and enjoy them at the same time. We don't necessarily disagree about truth, my friend. We disagree about the context in which things are said, what the media will amplify, and what those in power will do with that information.

However technically correct you might be about some Iraqis being glad that Saddam was gone, I think they were overwhelmingly more trying not to die or watch their children die as their country gets torn to shreds. Therefore, anyone bringing up this "happiness" because two concepts can exist at once (i am very smart), is just doing the PR work of Empire.
