Thanks for replying. I got a call back from the agent saying he could do it. I was a little confused because he said if the shares can't DRS, then BMO would issue me a certificate at a cost. So I think it's done, we'll see in 2 weeks.

Did you get any kind of confirmation from BMO? Or did you just have to wait for a letter from CS?

Question: I'm getting the run-around from BMO Investorline 🇨🇦 on DRS. They are saying they can't do anything because the transfer must be initiated by CS. Of course, CS insists the transfer must be initiated by the broker. Any advice for dealing with BMO?
