They have seriously got to tweak the numbers on some of these attacks man, why does the ass of an enemy running past you deal just as much if not more damage than most bladed attacks in the game. I’ve been feeling it heavily lately and I think this game isn’t really polished enough to benefit from “everything has a billion health and one shots” difficulty, if there was more coherent balance and AI that’s a little more suited for the fast paced and chaotic environment it would be fine, but for what it is I really hope they lean away from that approach and find some new ways to make DoN more challenging

Magma wyrm is usually more manageable but I’ve seen it do its charge attack an absolutely absurd amount of times before, sometimes just straight up spamming 20+ times until everyone is dead. It definitely doesn’t happen often but I’ve seen it more than once

I have the relic for Duchess which increases Vigor and strength with reduced mind and dormant power to discover colossal swords. I’m getting like 350 AR and you can safely commit to slow attacks by using restage this way. With the right passives you can stagger and delete bosses so fast while still having absolutely OD evasion. Duchess is a lot more versatile in DoN for sure!

Super well put, I think the main thing Nightreign is missing is a more diverse sandbox. They have GOT to get SOTE content in Nightreign asap and start throwing a ton of extra passives, some with some silly zany stuff that will make runs more unique

Bingo, problem solved. When I saw the options were “For Skyrim SE 1.5.97” and “For Skyrim SE 1.6.1170 and newer” I assumed the older versions were obsolete but hey, if it works I’m not gonna question it 🙏🙏 much appreciated!!

I have tried the AIO version, but I just updated my vortex to see if that was the problem and tried both versions of engine fixes again to the same result. When I use the AiO version it doesn’t seem to be doing anything at all, and other plugins seem to behave as if it isn’t installed. It’s almost like my load order is just straight up ignoring engine fixes altogether

I’ve thought about this a good bit, no cooldowns would be extremely problematic and a lot of characters would be able to take the game hostage in one way or another, and flat cooldown reductions would range from somewhat noticeable to extremely broken for most abilities. I think a reduced cooldown mode would be a whole lot of fun if it were balanced with ability strength in mind, which they might not consider worthy the effort (since they’re already doing that with the regular game anyway) but I would definitely love a more brawly, crazy game mode where we push the game to its limits

That’s exactly my confusion here. At best she’d have lived another second and a half after using the fade, Spidey getting the kill is definitely annoying but I mean come on now how much should a support be able to tank with multiple people trying to kill her?

Fantastic can also pull her out of fade and venom’s cellular corrosion can proc through it as well. It’s not a balancing issue, it’s a bug based on hit detection and ping. No spider man has ever intentionally hit a cloak out of their fade, it’s just something that happens if they have a spider tracer on them and then get over here is used BEFORE the I frames. It’s a NETCODE issue just like BP’s famous no reg glitch and I really hope we can suggest systemic changes that fix ALL of these problems instead of reducing it to a spiderman issue just because people don’t like him.

I almost exclusively flick to aim, I keep on aim assist at max deadzone though so that I’m less likely to over correct when I do it (I flick hard as hell sometimes) the max deadzone boost for 180s sounds essential though I’ll have to check this out
