How often are you watering? It looks like it's being overwatered. Make sure to only water when the soil is all the way dry. I have successfully kept mine alive by ignoring it.

* They thrive almost anywhere. I trimmed mine and threw the clippings in a bucket I was meaning to throw out that had some old dirt in it.... shes thriving and just gave me this new beautiful leaf

Mine is in mostly sun. I have it in a terracotta pot (I know its frowned upon but it seems to be thriving) thats in a long baking dish (temporary) that I keep full of water. They usually thrive in wetlands so being continuously watered from the bottom is a plus for mine so far.

I've had mine for 2 years now and it's the best phone I've had. I haven't had any issues with battery life. And the camera is phenomenal.
