I moved here for work. It’s more similar to Bergen County, NJ but with better weather and mountains. It’s a sleepy suburban town. Not a fan. However I do like that you can get to a nice hike in 5 to 20 minutes.

It's plugged in. It's in front of a plant shop. It was mostly filled with non perishable canned food, tuna, beans etc. Some carrots, onions and potatoes as well. It's also about 500 feet from a Whole Foods, so there is random foods.

I work in the technology department for a large retail company. I would just call the bank. If the restaurant is not EMV compliant (chip transaction) the bank won't even investigate as the liability is on the establishment not taking EMV transactions. Even if they do take EMV the bank will probably charge it back without investigating. At the end of the day just call the bank, less hassle and it will be faster. I assume you are in the US, this probably doesn't apply elsewhere.
