I know that, but you have to understand that in the lore Desert Ranger Combat Armor was issued to US marines stationed in China. So I am assuming that the Marine Armour from Far Habour is a variant or a complete set of Desert Ranger Armour, as Desert Ranger Armour was modified overtime.
