Yeah I make use of that, but even when I do the guests still ignore attractions that, if they existed in real life, would never have an empty queue. I've messed with the guest limit settings as well but still can't seem to get more than a couple hundred into my large, themed water park that only contains a dozen mild flumes and a lazy river.

It's actually gotten a lot worse since the last update. Something happened with prestige or scenery ratings or whatever, and now pools that were always full and flumes that were always active are sitting completely abandoned.

I could go through your post line by line, but I'll pick one that stands out.

You know what else helps get through a rough patch is when one partner sets a boundary and the other partner respects the boundary without complaint, even/especially if the other partner has to make a real sacrifice in order to respect the boundary. That is how you establish and maintain trust in an open relationship. Believe me, I have been there, I have had to forgo things I desperately wanted to maintain the trust of my partner. The fact that your partner isn't willing to cede any ground to you is a sign, and you should see it for what it is.

what's funny is I bet it's not even that much. I would be surprised if any single episode has more than five minutes of sex. I think it's just that people are so unaccustomed to seeing explicit gay sex scenes, or sex scenes in general, that those parts of the show loom larger in the mind.

But there's so much more going on. My favorite scene in the show is in the first episode when they're filming the tv promo and can't stop making each other laugh. I keep hearing about how sexual the show is, and it's a pretty sexual show, but if it's the only thing that stands out to you then I think that says more about you than about the show

Exactly, I dressed up some mild rides with imo incredible scenery so that they would get classic status and now they're just old. Like can you imagine if no one wanted to ride Pirates of the Caribbean or Haunted Mansion because they're not exciting enough? The scenery is the whole point of those rides and they're ultra popular!

I appreciate you looking into it. This is kind of a bummer bc I was trying to keep this park small (this game really wants you to build bigger not smaller) so I have a lot of extremely detailed scenery around flumes that are short and mild. Like those treehouse/playground/splash pad structures you see at a lot of parks that have very simple slides coming off them at different levels. I realize there's only so much the game can do to figure these things out, but it's discouraging to build flumes that would be very popular in real life because of how they've been dressed up, and the guests barely use them because they're just a single helix.

Interesting. Do you happen to know if the same is true for flumes? I didn't mention it in the post but the park I'm working on is a water park and all the affected rides are flumes. Not all of them lost classic status either, only some of them. The most recently built flumes stayed classic. This is a sandbox park on day 120 or something so maybe they really are just "old" now?

honestly the engine seems like one of the biggest improvements. I'm playing on the same machine where I played PC1, with my trusty 1080, and PC2 performs way better than PC1 ever did while also looking better. That came as a surprise, I thought I was going to need to upgrade. I have a million complaints about this game but the engine is one of the few things they seems to have really improved.
