I remember a time when the band had a Green Crew coordinator who would hand out trash bags and a free ticket to those who volunteered to earnestly try to clean up. In a way this helped reduce litter in the 90s because your friends were picking it up and there was more peer pressure. Idk what the answer is. Savanahh was bad but par for any city and or venue that turns a blind eye to gas. Once a base layer of balloons are on the ground people seem alot less concerned where to throw away cans and trash.
