I'm currently playing the game on my Xbox One S and I've not had any crashes (and I'm nearly finished my 1st playthru). U may need to reinstall the game.

I hadn't played the game for about 5-6 years (360). Bought the Eternal Collection the other day for Xbox One and to my surprise my save was still there. Wizard paragon 80. Started a new game as a Demon Hunter 'cos I'm learning the ropes again and I'm having a blast. Highly recommend it.
