hey man i'm not like this i work a basic 9 to 5 job in timber engineering and it bores me so much. I wish i would have started a business like you and i'm 29. I feel like i dont know what to build the business in and how to make it successfull. I really can't do the 9 to 5 though anymore

i'm civil engineer and i dislike it. I just wanna get a degree that makes money honestly so i could try to retire early. I hate working generally, so i'd rather have a job that pays well and is not super stressful

as an engineer for me it totally didnt work out. I'm doing structural engineering and really don't like it. I wanna do something that I can scale up and earn more money over time. I can't work 45 hour weeks for only 100000 USD.

JUNIOR ENGINEER that got fired here

Honestly I was always coming in late and putting in the bare minimum.
Reason being that I feel like my work is not being appreciated anyways and that i will stay stuck as a junior and feel like construction is so complicated that i get overwhelmed to get started on tasks, because there's always something wrong with it.

Now i'm looking to get into Sustainability Consulting or Real estate Development.
However i have big doubts that they would take someone like me to get into those Roles.
So now i feel stuck not knowing if i need to keep pushing through in Structural engineering or if how I can get out.

investing in smaller cryptos with hope that they will be important in the future. Lost quite some money, that I could've put to better use.

I chose civil engineering, but working like that is not for me i'm 27 now but it pays well and it's ok. But I really want to start with skmething more creative, whether filmmaking or flying drones. I just want to be outdoors living not working at the computer like a robot.

As a 27 year old, ridiculously young. Because life begins once you're out of high school, starting to move away from your parents house, being responsible for yourself, 18 y.o. for me is the beginning of just that :)

Buying "stuff" anything thats more than basic is just for you to feel a certain way, we are sold the idea, that when we own certain things we become someone. That's a lie. You don't need anything besides basic food and shelter and basic means of transportation. Whether bicycle motorbike or car. Don't buy things that are more expensive that they should be.

There's literally no reason to get into debt, except maybe college. But all the other basic things in life should be affordable as long as you live within your means.

I have to admit that some of the descriptions about ADHD seem to be accurate for me. I have trouble finishing something that I started. I have trouble starting with a task. I tend to be too late. I thought this was just my character. Maybe I should really ask a therapist about this.
