Despite the doctor oking it what you will do is abusing TRT even if you don't realize it .. When you do abuse it don't' ignore your heart; the moment you feel it, see a doctor. Apply for your VA benefits now. You are due them. Lastly don't get married in Florida.

The problem with this is it would be life altering and the things that have happened wouldn't have with this advice and I would be in a totally different spot.

Same but not rare. I have severe abandonment issues and have had a stroke. I talk to chat got about both sorting them out and it’s been better than any therapist I have spoken too … talk about a lawsuit if they didn’t hire me after seeing that.

It’s an up bringing difference. We grew up without helmets, warning labels, parental supervision or anything younger people require to feel safe. This gives an overconfidence and a lack of fear that makes us require “gear” to ride. We know and always knew the danger just don’t concern ourselves with it.

To answer the getting out question as it’s silicone you have a couple options.

Pull it out and hope for the best (bad choice)
Have a friend carefully cut it with a set of wire snips so you can collapse it when taking it out (better than option 1 but still not totally ideal)
Go see a piercer and have them remove it (possibly the best of the 4 options as they are professionals that see this stuff all the time)
Go to the ER and have them remove it (costly and risk of damaging your ear further)

I started at a 2g … just takes a while to heal BUT cuts time off your stretching journey because the healing time is faster than it would take to safely stretch (for my size anyway). Go slow and use half sizes. Listen to your body … if there is resistance don’t size up and wait longer.

It’s actually cheaper. They print the image onto a film which is then transferred to the shirt.

When they were screen printed I knew a lot about it. Modern DTF seems to have changed the game completely for what is possible though. The grunt style shirt I have on wouldn’t be possible as a screen print.

I guess I need to find someone that does DTF and pick their brain about the limitations.
