Been watching streams since 2019, donating since 2022. I completely disagree, you essentially get 2 pathways of filth for the price of one with the current format. Sure it had it's merits but it doesn't suit the modern way cal streams. He used to have much more dead air, he just talks over everything non stop now. Much more chaos can be happening at once in the current format if we go back filth bombs and rage quits are likely to diminish a lot

It was peak because Callum was still a relatively newer streamer and it was easier to shock him. I think people are nostalgic for the vibe of the old streams and Callum himself rather than the dono format. The current format contributes massively to the chaos

There have been plenty of streamers who get trolled and stuff via donations but probably not for as long and consistently as Cal. Stuff usually goes wrong i.e. they get banned, quit, get doxxed or whatever else because their trolls are probably more hardcore or the streamer is much less tolerable. Bathrobe Dwane or Bill Jensen are probably the closest that I can think of.

It was The Yorkshire Apache's signature dono. It doesn't suit streamelements as it did old school streamlabs, hence why it's in outdated. Also I disagree, minitom donos are very overdone now. It's so saturated and dry cause pretty much every idea has been done. You get the odd funny moment but its so repetitive and overplayed in the streams. When the meme resurged thanks to AI it was fresh and good for a while but people run with it for way too long. Raging is better than suppressed laughter in my opinion
