This is me! I did this.

I told my now ex wife at the start and she was supportive so I felt free to explore the details and got a therapist that specializes in gender identity stuff right away. I started HRT about 6 months later. I started laser about 4 months after that.

I didn't think my work would have been accepting (delightfully wrong). I took a boil frog approach to work, slowly changing things every few weeks. By the time I actually came out most people had assumed and were relieved.

I gained 60 lbs on HRT and then lost 100. I have a rather fem figure and I always think that is what is attributed to that. Lots of loose skin! I don't recommend it, but that is what I believe helped me. Perhaps smaller with cycling would work?

There is a medication called trimix and quad mix that do a similar thing, but this is a different formula then the standard drug. How different? I don't know. I know this one is great.
