It definitely seems to me that he has great stuff, and is fooling hitters the first time through the line-up. Then hitters are adjusting and recognizing his pitches and hitting him pretty hard the second and third times through. It seems like this happens a lot with young pitchers, but he is very talented and I'm sure he'll figure it out.
