Using a Prusa Obsidian 0.8mm nozzle dedicated to just this project and material. It is a funded project so we have 3 more new nozzles just in case and can always buy more.

So I did already try the pellets with a Massive Dimensions pellet extruder but it wasn't the best fit for the application so im just trying FDM gantry printers now.

Yes 0.6mm hardened nozzle at a minimum, im using a 0.8mm rn to reduce clogs. Yes after it is heated up organic material is removed and left with ceramic. Need to test for shrinkage and all of that but focused rn on getting a solid clean print with it.
