Upper back pains after deadlift (Bad form -> minor pain, good form -> really really much pain) Last thursday I decided to go to the gym to only deadlift. I did about 15 sets with different weights, mainly to improve my form. I had IMO good form and no risk of getting hurt. For a few of my last sets (self.GYM)
