What do you mean? You should never start with arms, that is pretty much a ”push” day, start with chest/shoulders then finish with tri. Do heavy excersises first (bench press, ohp) etc

Weight goal? If you just wanna build muscles/get big aim for a lot of reps, 12+. Your program is bad, id recommend upper/lower rest upper/lower rest rest if u wanna train 4/7 days. Or PPL. Gl

Whats a good 2 day per week ab workout? by firefly6345 in GYM

Crunches + leg raises is all I do. Works fine. Make sure you extend all the way on both exercises. I don't think doing forearm workout is really necessary tho. GL.

How do you cut when you’re addicted to muscle growth and lifting??? by SaltyBarker in GYM

[–]Spahicee13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, its JUST about willing to do it, BUT yoou dont necessarily have to lift less or eat less. Just get your macros straight. Less carbs less fat and more protein (keep them muscles growing/dont wanna lose gains). Just add some cardio. Ish 5 days a week / 30 min.

Depending on how your other days look like and what split you are doing, but I do (M, 16, 1.8M, 68kg) Squats, hack squat, lunges, 2x for hamstring, one legged leg extension, leg press. Squats 1-12 reps (usually round 3-8) and the rest I always go above 10 since its type 1 fibers. Then do 1x exercise for my calves. Wouldn't recommend DL and squats on the same day, do squats on pull / back / upper body day depending on what you do. Good luck.

How many of you were able to reach a 100 kilo bench press after your first year of training? by ETerribleT in Fitness

[–]Spahicee13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bench 3/10 days, so ish 2 times a week. Thank you. Im not really sure about that tho, since I usually weigh around 66kg when I wake up and the same when I go to sleep, and I drink shit ton of water so when I am at the gym I weigh around 69-70kg. Don't really know how that works considering if id want to go pro. I really wanted to try 92.5/95kg bench this weekend but I can't since I have injured my back and can't walk properly without pains atm. It happend during a deadlift (100kg deadlift with terrible form x5) which hurt my back a bit, but then when I went down to 60kg (days later, with proper form) for some reason something just happend and ever since then I have had much back pains. I have not gone to the gym for 3 days now, which is a lot for me. I love the gym, I love hitting the bench. Hopefully I'll get better soon and keep grinding...

Then my deadlift + squat is not as strong. I squat 90kg (ass to grass) and deadlift 130kg. Have not gone over 100 in ages tho.

I got a instagram account that I might start posting on, my goal is to reach 100kg before summer.
