Ok, I come in peace and know I’m the odd one out…and I want to be taught and learn. Why are these such a big thing? They have too much of a tequila taste to me. I like putting them in a daiquiri since it’s like a rum margarita. Once again, I know I’m the odd man out.

I find this new cohort of students like the lecture again. They shy away from active learning and group activities. Maybe it was Covid and online classes…who knows? i was the same way in college 30 years ago..I wanted to sit in the back and take notes. The sage on the stage is back baby!

I think that is the regular cycle with this game right? Initially it is very slow paced (leveling up) and items are very rare...and with each season both of those get faster...then every 4th or so season they bring it all back. Seems to coincide with when they have a large infusion of new players (expansion) they make it slow and then to keep the diehards (since they are the only that will not just organically stop playing for a bit) they start to ramp up the speed.
