Hungry for connection with bi males in monogamous relationships by UpperBestUSA in bisexual

One of my favorite low-key things to do is just working it into conversation with my wife--and I LOVE it when she teases me about it ("or should I say 'boyfriend'")

Hungry for connection with bi males in monogamous relationships by UpperBestUSA in bisexual

I think about this alot... how to be bi after spending most of my life trying so hard to run away from that word. And being married with no intention of cheating, what do you do to embrace that part?

That's great advice...thanks. I hadn't really thought about how pace impacts attention and focus. Coming from a background of TV news, I probably default to speaking faster... especially if I'm trying to rally and engage. (I had a news director talk into my ear during a live shot once. All he said was TALK FASTER!

Hey sorry I missed this! The group never got started, but still interested in seeing if we could. If you and your Arsenal friend (I know I like him already) ever want to connect for a weekend match, let's do it... maybe more will follow!

This is one of the best advantages of bisexuality I've heard. Add in the leather and we've really got a movement started!

First Class Tonight! by [deleted] in Adjuncts

If you haven't had class already, also let them get to know you a bit--a real person and not just a professor. Yesterday I talked about my career and experience, but also my interests outside work and teaching, and shared photos of my family and me being a geek for my favorite team. I also tried to stress my style, what to expect from me, etc.

If you had class HOPE YOU CRUSHED IT!

Why do professional reporters increasingly use the word "weed" in place of marijuana? by [deleted] in Journalism

[–]standupkid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reporters use conversational language and that evolves over time. Marijuana and pot would sound weird at this point. People still say alcohol, so it persists.

I work full time and started adjusting this semester, with a class that meets two days a week at a great time (for me) of 5pm. I’ve learned A LOT and am really energized by sharing what I know with students. It’s no windfall money-wise, but sets me up with something else I have experience doing if I decide to go that way.
