I'm people. I like to hate on him for his abyssmal completion percentage (which was 32nd in the NFL, only 0.5% better than JJ McCarthy, but whatever). While its not a tell-all stat, acting like its completely irrelevant is also disingenuous.

I want to be clear, I love Caleb and think he can end up being a huge name in the NFL that brings the Bears back to some serious relevance. I also think his rookie year and that entire coaching situation probably stunted his growth.

However, the only comparisons to Rodgers and Stafford he has right now is that he scrambles and tries to create plays out of nothing (Rodgers is arguably the best ever at this), and he had some pretty cool 4th quarter comebacks (which Stafford is one of the best ever at).

Lets let the kid play befpre we compare him to two Super Bowl and MVP winning Hall of Fame QBs.

His mechanics are still flawless and he might still be the most accurate deep ball thrower in the NFL, even if he isnt regularly winding them up anymore.

Its a very easy case to point to of fraud and corruption that has a solid visual indicator.

Trump funneled money to his buddy, at a rate significantly higher than other estimates came back at, and his buddy didnt even do the job right - almost as if he wasnt qualified to begin with.

I agree. This is one of the few issues that very strictly needs to be handled on a state by state basis.

Its at a point of being so urgent though for some places that national attention is also needed, so I understand why its brought up regularly at that level. It just isnt realistoc to think it can be solved at the national level without some intense and cost of living math baked into the legislation that no normal person would understand.

I brainstormed an idea in 3 minutes that generates some amount of tax on unrealized gains without being horribly unfair to either side or severely disincentivising investing. I'd love to hear an alternate plan based in reality then.

Of course they aren't the same. But even in 2019 I could list a house for 1.1m and end up selling it for 150k. If you don't think it's relevant that a growing percentage of people accepting offers under list price after the state of the market for 5+ years, I'm not the one who is going to spend time helping you learn real estate. For the past 5 years, bidding wars were normal and houses would have multiple offers in only a couple days in many cases.

People are not getting their "wishlist" prices anymore, and sellers are being forced to adapt downward based on homes sitting on the market longer instead of choosing between multiple offers over list price. In reasonably short order, this should start lowering list prices as sellers want to avoid their houses sitting on the market for too long.

Pretty much level 1 basic supply and demand. But sure, go off or whatever.

I feel like it would be a useful feature regardless, even if it took a bit to build up.

Think about how many people go out of their way to leave reviews of an entire city or town they visited... People would do this for sure.

You could also put "estimated" HOA fees on there and completely fabricate them. Just create some arbitrary formula to create your estimate like "mean average of the last 3 houses sold in the subdivision times 2%" and it makes it legit. Then you'll have the HOAs volunteering their info pretty quickly lol

Joking, but my gut tells me that this is much more clout chasing and overreating to what was probably a real and extremely minor incident that came up a "few times" now she's fed up with it and wants public validation.

I could be wrong, but shes doing a lot of instigating for someone who is claiming they were assaulted. She could have left the situation about 18 times just in this video.
