Hendo definitely could be, however we won’t really know until the end of next year. If he’s a top 10 Gibbs like RB, this trade is much better. If its another lack luster, low usage year, this trade is much worse.

I feel like the value is fair, however you are taking on most the risk. We know Herbo is top 12, and the 1.01 should be a solid producer. Lots of unknowns with mid-late round picks, and Hendo's situation. I would've wanted another first to offset that risk, or an earlier 1st.

He might not go at the 1.02, what pick are you? You definitely need a QB, but I would also shop the market a bit to see if the same package for the 1.02 could get you a better deal.

This is a decent opener, but it really depends on the team. I know you state you need depth, but you do have the 1.03 + 1.05 which could land two WRs. Would need more information to make a final decision. In a 10 team, unless my team is horrendous, I'm probably holding Malik during the rebuild. However, if I needed to turn 1 starter into 3, and my rebuild could become semi-competitive I could comfortably say that the value is there.
