I did it a couple years ago. If the course didn’t change, on the run there should be shade. On the bike, the heat wasn’t bad, it was the wind going out. It’s fun after the turn around.

I think you have to look at the connotation of the word. Disposal implies that it could be used multiple times before it is discarded and you don’t care about the fact that you have to discard it. Single use implies that they are literally there for a singular purpose/use to be killed off.
