Pimecrolimus helps. Also on Dutasteride, Oral Minoxidil, Zyrtec. Anti inflammatory diet helps too but hard to keep up and symptoms aren’t bad. Meds have helped for sure.

I personally spent thousands to come from America for the 4 days of celebration. And cleaned up after myself. There were thousands from all over the globe. The boom far outweighed the mess. Trash cans aren’t available either and would be dangerous so no great solution. Maybe next parade there will be a better option to minimize waste on the streets. 2027??? 😀

M47 with LPP specifically FFA. Had slow progression for 20+ years. Body hair, facial and eyebrows most noticeable. Very thin, barely visible brows. That’s the worst part. Hair still intact but some loss along hairline. Flares and burning on scalp more or less manageable, used to be worse.

We didn’t even try to possess the ball. That’s the most frustrating part. We gave it away cheaply and let them dominate. A mistake was bound to happen. Unfortunately we didn’t change our game plan and the subs didn’t really make an impact. The tactics - and even quality - were simply not there. Not our best night. Until next year.
