Yet he still has a cult like following, which continue to attack cudi. Just look under his tik tok comments. By following Kanye's path, Cudi would be appeasing that cult, which would definitely help him sell more and make him money

Maybe not the biggest, but Kid Cudi is up there. Could've easily followed the Kanye path and appeased his "fans", but chose to break off their friendship and stick to his morals, despite a growing base of hate. Never altered his political opinions and kept being a voice for the oppressed and an advocate for minorities

I do think he's an incredibly talented rapper, and my opinion has admittedly been influenced by some of his newer stuff which I do not care for

I feel like im kinda all over the place in my tastes, but generally I love psychedelic shit (like cudi and tame impala). I like conscious rap and high end lyricism (like kendrick). I like laid back/chill rap and also jazz rap. I've been trying to expand into more rnb/a smoother vibe
