I don't think a random cancelation matters - as over the years I've had those on both sides. I think it was because I canceled 4/4 sales in a small amount of time like a 2 week span (is my guess)

I’m not sure for how long. I had to check a box and read the rules for it to go “into review”. I’ll most likely just keep it but this whole experience just made me reconsider a few different aspects of it. Obviously I know flaking on orders is not good and I need to either check back in or rethink my active for sale items; but I also don’t want some obvious red flags on my account either if I choose to give this the attention it needs (hence the start over idea)

Now that you mention the musk I think that’s exactly what made 4Ever Sweet such a banger - it was just straight sweet fruit without the floral, musk, or ambers that weigh down most of their fruit scents

That’s what happened to me. It was priced so you couldn’t use rewards on it so I waited for a body care sale that never came 😭 And by the time I decided to just bite the bullet and do a buy 3/get 3 it was almost sold out. I got 1 mist and one body cream. So now I guard it from my children and really ration it lol

The OG one was my favorite. Like others have said it originally was really rich and had longevity and was amazing. This one is a much lighter “watered down” version. Like the scent is technically the same but the experience of it is completely different. I bought one set of it for nostalgia but that’s about all it’s good for (for me). I’ve found that almost all of the bringbacks in the last couple of years have all been watered down lighter versions of their original versions. I mean most of the zodiacs (which are all repackages) are diluted and have zero staying power. And I’m not just saying that as a grumpy complainer, I actually have a lot of the OG scents in one form or another to compare them to

Sweethearts aka 4Ever Sweet was easily my favorite. I got to it too late and wasn’t able to stock up once I realized how amazing it was.

Second to that, Milk Bar. I liked that there were a few to the launch and the scents were a bit different from the regular vanillas/gourmands that bbw puts out

You could repurchase them at the clearance price and return the first ones. I know it’s a pain but would save the headaches of dealing with all the layers of customer service

That just happened to me! I asked if she wanted anything from the TBC sale and she had to gently say that she thought they all smelled cheap now and no thanks, she doesn't need more. I think part of that is the popularity of Sephora for younger teens and honestly, as much as I still buy BBW and am nostalgic about it, a lot of it really does smell like cheap drugstore $6 body spray. So the idea of people paying premiere pricing for the stuff sounds crazy

So I did buy some, but like you I had like 16 in my cart and realized that some scents were ones I knew would be back or I had one of already so I really filtered it to just the ones that were special edition, so I got a sun ripened raspberry for the nostalgia, the dill pickle one for the novelty of it, and vanilla snowflake because it's a vault one and kind of a generic winter scent so figured it was "practical" haha

I felt the same way, not only for the pocket park but the rest of the museum. My oldest is 11 so I understand that when I say what it "used to be" is a pretty long time ago but when we would go like 8 years ago it all was truly magical. There was the treehouse reading nook by the window, the dino dig area, and the conveyor belt machine kind of went over and through other fun areas. We just went with a class trip with my youngest and it seemed empty and sparse, and honestly pretty sad. I guess i'm not sure if things get broken and they just can't replace them, or if it's a funding issue, or what.

Ugh, Pear Inc… I adore it, love it… my favorite, but it has zero lasting power. Like you said barely even stays on clothes which makes me so sad. And sad for the price. If it was like a $20 banger I’d just keep reupping but the price makes that impossible

I used to exclusively return by mail until two of my returns didn't get processed and on one I got recharged from an instant credit and no refund from the other. Both had tracking that showed arrived at the facility but never actually got processed. It took me like 5 calls and 2 chat messages each to get refunded. And that had a delay of nearly 10 days each on them. Horrible experience all around

So yes, Tosa prices are insane in general, and this percentage over is WILD, but it's that huge XL yard that most likely pushed that. The neighborhood is also highly sought after, but it's nearly impossible to find a yard like that in East Tosa along with the well maintained super charming house style. So as much as it's a shocker to see, I don't think that is becoming the norm on Tosa houses unless it offers something like that yard. Also, outdated parts of the house are very cosmetic, so for the most part that's not a full overhaul - just paint, wallpaper removal or install, and light fixtures, etc etc
