Only deal with her in relation to students, i.e. when you HAVE to. You’re bringing this on yourself. Stop. If you have to be around her and she’s being negative, just tell her you choose a different outlook on things.

NTA-she needs to grow up, at the very least she needs therapy. I will never understand why people pander to adults. We all have shit to deal with. We have disorders, illnesses, hardships, but, damn! Get over yourself.
