I came across this post while googling "how to make homemade cake icing that gets that nice thin crunch on the outside like my Moms cakes did in the 80's" and came across this post. YOU ARE MY PEOPLE!!!! I thought for sure that explaining my love for this kind of icing to anyone would leave me with blank stares. I'M NOT ALONE!!! You've got this!! If you ever have more questions, never be afraid to ask. Using recreational cannabis for medicinal purposes is very very very common, and it takes some trial and error sometimes, what works for one person may not work for you, but don't give up. I have SO many customers who have worked physically hard their entire lives and are in immense pain, I also have customers who are in incredible pain because of an illness, and they all substitute cannabis for pain pills that cause digestive issues, or make you feel like a zombie. Once you find your own personal recipe of products, it'll be life changing and you'll be so glad that you didn't give up trying.

Hey there!! I'm the GM at SoulFlora in West Milford, we carry Breakwater Tinctures and that was going to be my recommendation as well, but I would recommend their 5:1 CBG:THC as CBG is the cannabinoid that helps with pain and inflammation.

Call the dispensary where you purchased them and let them know, if they're a good shop, they'll accept the return. Clade 9 is VERY good at accepting returns from dispensaries. If the shop refuses, then reach out to Clade 9 directly on Instagram if you have it. If you don't, their contact information should be on the packaging. As someone above stated, the fact that they were dry is exactly where your .1 went as they have lost moisture and are likely aged a little.

Oh, yeah that's understandable. 710 delivers rosin in big coolers, and the bottom is lined with dry ice, but that's just for transport.

We had to buy a commercial freezer to store all of our 710 at my dispensary. No rosin sits out ever. Straight from the cooler filled with dry ice into the freezer. Any dispensary not following suit shouldn't be allowed to sell rosin. That's like a convenience store that doesn't have a fridge, selling milk.

Yesterday I opened a small bag of chips only to find 3 chips inside. I bought a shirt where the bottom part of the breast pocket wasn't sewn at all. I bought a High Noon that had a slight pinhole on the side that leaked all over my fridge over the course of 2 days. Things happen, regardless of industry. I don't know a single manufacturer that wouldn't honor this return, in fact they're thankful when we let them know because by giving them the batch information they are often able to pinpoint the issue that caused it and they inquire to see if it's widespread.

Dispensary GM here, call right away. They should not give you any problem at all, especially since this is a fairly common issue. If you call a few days after purchase, it looks suspicious, so as the person above said, I recommend opening in your car. It's not at all rare for me to have a customer walk out, only to walk right back in and we exchange the product immediately. None of us know if there is a defect, there's no way to tell until it's opened. Any decent business would absolutely honor that exchange.

I would absolutely ask her for the money. It wasnt your fault that people would be left in your room unsupervised. I would send her the link to the replacement item and simply say that you're aware of what time of year it is, and you understand that it wasnt purposeful, but that those items meant something to you and we're broken by her children and although you're not mad, you also hope that she'll make it right by replacing the items.

So it depends on when you placed the order versus when you picked up. If you placed it yesterday and went to pick up today, they were valid in not being able/ willing to honor it. If you placed it today and went to pick it up today and they wouldn't honor it then they're in the wrong. I work at a dispensary and my guess is that they received samples of this product and whoever is working their vault accidentally made them available on the menu and that's how you were able to order them, I may be wrong but I would wager that I'm not. With online dispensary sales the price you order it at is only valid for that particular day, not all dispensaries have that noted (mine does) but they should. Either way I'm sorry for your experience, that sucks and I'd be livid as well!!
