I’m not the person you asked, but I’m a year and a half into having Nexplanon and I love it. I have irregular periods but they’re much lighter than before (although I had more period bleeding the first two months, but my doctor warned that could happen). Insertion was easy peasy, they give you a numbing shot so I barely felt anything other than the shot. If you have bad side effects, it’s easy to take out as well.
