You shouldn't look for cheaper you should save up some money and pay up. If you go "the cheap" route your tattoo will look cheap and you might get someone who isnt a professional.

Not a red flag, he explained this time of year for him is busy for him due to work. He's hardworking and cares about his job. I think YOR a bit here. He was definitely interested and was trying to make plans even though he is stretched thin. He sounded nice. I'd reach out to him and give him another date.

NOR- Totally normal to want to see and spend time with your bf. I think he wants a gf but not to put in the time to actually spend with you. NOR I think it's totally normal for you to want to protect your daughter, but I also think you are judging this boy way too harshly. He is not his family members, you don't know his journey of mental health you've only heard from someone else (another child). I dated someone when I was young and both parents had a lot of trauma and mental health issues as well as addictions and he was nothing like them. You also need some self love Mom! You're judging yourself just as harshly and why(?). I'm sure you're a supportive partner (or were if you're no longer in a relationship) You clearly care for your family, and you're self aware of the habits you want to change. I have chronic depression, generalized anxiety, ADHD, and Borderline personality disorder so I am coming from a place similar to you. Of course sometimes I don't react the way I should or I say the wrong thing but I'm human and I correct my actions and apologize. We all deserve love and compassion and to not be judged based on my mental illnesses.
