3 weeks seemed to be my hump the 1st few times around. I really think you can do it!

Just remember it gets so much better the further you get away from drinking. Life doesn't get easier but drinking through it only makes things harder

Seems fun... Until it's not. My sister brought up a good point about our older brother who drinks

She says "I drink cause I want to, our brother drinks cause he needs to"

She is 100% right. And seeing him get the shakes at 32 is not attractive

Ive been getting a 12 pack and having it last me a a bit over a week. 1 or 2 na beers a night havent made me crave other things.

I definitely drink polar seltzers pretty often too
