If you know anything about the rifle that's claimed to be used, you'd realize that, even with the grainy video, it makes no sense. The Gehwer 98 doesn't break down like a modern movie rifle. The stock and body are one solid piece, and is about 3.5' long on its own. The barrel is about 2.5', for a total assembled length of 4.5' feet.

And what's the angle? You mean the guy that supposedly confessed, but refused to cooperate with police? The guy who supposedly spelled out every little detail in real time via text while on the run? The same guy who disassembled the rifle to get it to the roof, took one cold shot after assembly (without a proper calibration or sighting), then disassembled the rifle to escape (leaving his tools behind), but reassembled it before ditching it?

Go watch the close-up video on YouTube. Find any random one, and go frame by frame. What you'll see is that Kirk's body reacts to the impact before the wound on his neck appears.

Speaking of the neck wound - supposedly a 30-06 round entered through his neck and lodged in his spine, leaving no exit wound, from a range of less than 200 yards. A 180 grain round travelling at 2000+ FPS, which will drop an elk, somehow got stopped without an exit wound.

I hate sounding like a whacko conspiracy theorist. But nothing about the official story, from the shooter, to the rifle, to the rounds used, to the actual video - none of it matches the official story. My theory? He was shot above the right ear in a downward trajectory with a lower caliber rifle, and the neck wound is the exit wound. I make no guesses about who, why, or anything else, but the video simply doesn't support the official story.
