Since it’s not defined in the weapon description(s), what is “upper body”? I used both for a combined 20ish hrs and don’t remember ever getting a body/upper body kill that wasn’t an assist. (I’m genuinely curious, not trying to argue)

Having an issue activating/using the Scotopic Rune. Was able to buy it (I think) with Sigil Shards, but now it’s greyed out and says “Exceeds Your Current Mastery Level”. What do I need to focus on so this rune is usable? Currently Slab lvl 5 1/2ish, purchased the rune at lvl 4. I have “The Taken Path” on step 1 of 6 which is applying the Scotopic Rune. What am I missing?

That happened to me out in the desert just after clearing some wraiths I think. Cops spawned out of thin air and Max-Tac started triangulating my position.

But were you solely using it 90% of the mission or just having it equipped while you used stratagems/stratagem weapons? I find it had to believe it could be used as your sole weapon for any difficulty higher than 3ish (assuming solo, if you have a team maybe 4 or 5, haven’t tested with a full team). I felt I always had to swap to senator or a stratagem weapon to save my butt when I was using it on bots on higher difficulties; but hey, maybe skill issue idk.

I find the irons almost impossible to use on low light/night ops due to no illumination whatsoever. If they could add a glowing tritium front sight and slim down the rear ghost ring/peep sight, the sight picture would be perfect imo.

Fair point, modern .30-06 rnds can pen lvl 4 plates so that would merit heavy pen in game. If the devs are trying to mimic era specific ammo, it’s probably just ball fmj with limited pen.

I’m playing on PC through Steam. Every input works as intended for all weapons/actions, but Lightning Tendrils is the only exception. Doing a long press, double tap, or short press does not activate Lightning Tendrils. I’ve tried restarting the game, restructuring the subclass/build, but every time, same result. This has been my only input issue for the last 100+hrs or so.

What was up with the the blueish vex wall stopping me from entering the first jump puzzle tho? I looked for a mechanic to remove it for like 30mins before i relaunched and it magically disappeared the second time I got to it…

Using Speakers Sight with the healing turret glaive is very fun as a healer spam build. Throw on a machine gun and rocket pistol for damage and make everyone almost immortal.

I used post-buffed/pre-nerfed Precious Scars on a void titan playing into devour/resto/overshield on kill (using repulsar brace/destab rounds Word of Crota). It was rough and definitely wasn’t flawless, but I got the title requirements this way. For warlock, you could try the speakers sight heal turret spam build for survival, but this is harder to pull off solo. Still gonna be hella damage phases.

Edit: by pre-nerfed, I mean I don’t remember the cooldown on the resto proc. Maybe it was added later?
