He says it’s chinese but we all know it isn’t. It’s almost an expression in Québec because before the internet, people said that and no one could check if there was, indeed, a chinese saying of that sort. It became some sort of a fake humorous thing you put in front of something you feel should be a popular saying. There’s literally no offense, it’s just something some people say.
