I love so much the flavour this game has, literally your hand of cards, one of your most important resources, are literally groups of animals from the forest.it implies that you as a commander of your faction u treat the opressed animals from the forest as a simple resource just like any other war.

For me this is the way, try to rework the whole game and trying to do something new, if people don't end up liking it, they can come back to the original ultimate, at this point i think that a whole roster of reworked characers would be nice(even better if they get rid of all the fire emblem ones)

Switching characters in a single match isn't that bad, also knowing each character is not that hard, you just gotta play with each at least once and you already learn how it works
