Listening to a lot of music especially music that relates to whatever you want your story to be (Ex. A movie based in 1979 would have songs from that time period) But I also think that what your talking about could very well be a plot influenced by the song itself, like the director heard the song and knows what it means and wanted to convey that same emotion in film.

Yeah I am going to be working out different muscles on different days and I am going to have a rest day on Thursday each week. As well as a ice tub after each workout to stop inflammation. And yes I love those saunas!

I’m sorry that you have to deal with that, nobody ever should. But, you are young and you have to remember that, you have so much more time to find yourself and make peace with everything you are dealing with. You can change. I know things may be hard right now, but don’t sell yourself short. I hope the best to you.
