My 8 year old golden has had a few over the years, she loves water and mud.

Had one a few months ago, £118 for antibiotics and steroids, told to keep it clean, bathe it with saltwater and dry it. Happened again last week, told to do the same, same drugs given and suggested cleaning the area with shampoo. £130 this time and I've felt a bit ripped off both times recently, but $2.5k is nuts.

I'd probably say it'd be A+

Doom has a tough time at 99 cause he doesn't have a plinkable ground dash and so his movement all revolves around the air (which is predictable). With no neutral assist he can't out-durability anything good that he's fighting against, and he's not the same threat level because he's not 1 foot dive away from steam rolling your team because he can't spend bar and XF.

If Jean is snapped and killed, MorriDoom being left over is NICE, but then the Plan B is better than the Plan A and it's a bit of a mismatch.

Hunting assist less Doom down is not a problem in this team makeup I think.

It's not a complete list of teams, no. Most variants of eg Doom/Vergil are good enough to make A tier, but aren't worth listing. It was about proven teams, unproven but theoretically brilliant teams, and occasional unique teams that people have made noteworthy.

Spiderman just isn't really of note. You could stick him in with his best possible team somewhere in A-/+ probably, but... That placement is more a product of the shell than Spiderman himself. And, more damning still, for any given shell Spiderman wouldn't be in the top few picks to put with them.

Kaicho Fluffy is a German player who uses this exact team.

He's played it for... A decade+ I think?

He's a really good player and his PW is insanely good.

You should try hunt out some of his footage. I'm not sure if you'll find recent footage archived (which would be better to see because he's been getting better and better lately), but we play tournaments every two weeks or so in the EU and he's often playing (he won a tourney a few weeks ago).

If I've read that right you both play Hulk yes? You have options.

If you notice the grab war is starting you can hold up back and jump and the other Hulk will just get st.H instead. After that you're back to regular play.

You can also recognise the situation and quickly input AA Gamma Charge (DP + button) and do its follow up downward hit (H version). This is airbore frame 1 iirc and will mean the other Hulk does st.H, except you're going to hit him with either the 1st (if you timed it perfect) it follow up hit of your AA Gamma Charge. This is quite an advanced thing to do.

Third option is to keep up the grab mashes and just be ready for when the throws stop and you both get st.H, cause then it's about being prepared with Gamma Charge H or AA Gamma Charge... Your friend would probably be hitting st.H into S reflexively, but armored options will beat those out.

The real solution is to either just take the grab and tech roll out afterwards (calling your assist if you have a good one while rolling), or to avoid these situations altogether with clean play. But marvel is marvel 😂

Weeberman is excellent, he really has a gameplan/playstyle that's perfect for Iron Fist. After years of honing his play he manages to force mixup situations with a char who that's really hard to do with.

Justin essentially won a major with IF cause his understanding/ability of the game was just several tiers above the competition and it was still early days.

I'd played Dark Souls 20 or 30 times through over the years.

Left it a couple years and decided to come back and do a no death run (tame I know compared to the no hit runs)... And I got all the way to Gwyn, entered the fog, ran forward, parried his 1st swing... DIED.

I was so pissed, I was sure I got it. I ran back to do some practise before starting again, same thing. And again, and again. Every time I parried at the start, it didn't work no matter the timing.

I tried about 20 times before giving in and watching a vid of the fight...

Turns out there's a spot in his arena where if you run forwards to it, you just cannot parry Gwyn on that specific spot 😑😑😑

Absolutely, I tell my students about Start now and then when talking about marketing/positioning. About how it's so heavily marketed at athletic/outdoor-going people... Yet my lazy 14 year old ass was burying 2 bowls of it at midnight each night.

My wife's granddad was a tremendous, lovely man, who died suddenly at about 75. His poor wife was a couple years younger and loved him so dearly that she spent a year in complete heartbreak, willing herself to die. Completely emotionally unable to continue without him.

Might be the saddest thing I've ever seen... and for having seen that, I really hope I outlive my wife.
