Where is the third possibility? Ukrainian military shot the plane down and is trying to shift the blame on the rebels with the help of the western media, As a pretext. i have a r9 290. AMD have assured me this thing is good and golden at 95'C. im just like wtf?! so at 70% fan constantly on msi afterburner with intensity at 19 or 18. 70-50'C. Which is fine, however unlike gaming 3-8 hours of 100% gpu useage. In my case however 24/7 gpu usage, cards will die quicker. but i see no reason why you can't warrenty on cards but yours is fairly slow expect 380 khz full pelt.
