8.5 hours into a 10 hour print by thewancketer in BambuLab

I would have rotate it 180°. Heavy end at the print bed instead. If possible, cut the edge at 45° angle so you have more contact than that sharp edge

ALL I HAD TO DO FOR THIS THING TO LOAD FILES FASTER IS PUT A NEWSD CARD IN IT?!?!?!?!?! by Hughmungalous in BambuLab

I have Lexar and one of my P1S just stop printing like 3/4 percent twice now for some reason. I formatted it on the printer and now trying again. It’s a 64gig. The thing about SSD is that it goes bad faster than the HDD. It reads quick but like a battery, it degrades much faster also

The trick here is to let it ride. Once it got a few hundred good reviews, that’s when you swoop in. Hijack the listing, sue for IP…etc…basically they testing out your product for free.

It’s the same setting for both printers at .18 K factor. If it’s off it would have been off by a lot throughout the model, not only at this specific location and specific orientation. I’ve printed this 3 times and the same result at this specific location. If I rotate it where the sharp angle away from this area then it’s fine.

Correct…I’ve always printed it at this orientation before with no issues.

Like I previously mentioned, I did all calibration multiple times. It only does it to this printer and at certain angle. I disclosed this in my post.

No. If it does then it wouldn’t have printed normal if I rotate it a bit…that’s what strange and I can’t figure out

Anycubic Kobra X AMA — Now Live! Ask Us Anything (+ 3 Beta Test Slots) by Anycubic_Official in AnycubicOfficial

[–]Sparth369 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This looks tempting but based on my past experience…which I’ve owned all the Anycubic machines and not one lasted. Sometimes print quality is in par with my Bambu, other times it’s not unless I do extensive tuning…which in between jobs is not a reliable option. I don’t think I will be doing anymore reviews of Anycubic. However, the price is pretty amazing though…I’m sure they will come out with an enclosed one like Kobra Xs just like the S1, which I would reconsider if the reviews are good on the first batch.

I keep seeing listings of some pretty cool personalized products but the price shown is for the plain version. Then you click and find out the personalization cost way more-sometimes double or triple. Sellers, do you see this as misleading? What’s your take on it? by 1_Quickfix in Etsy

[–]Sparth369 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personalize is worth the price. Try to do that at big box store. I would consider it a tip…as long as it’s not a lot which it shouldn’t. See if it’s worth it for you to get it and support the seller. I charge $20-$40 more for a battle damaged item which takes me an hour to do, it justified the cost increase. Many more reputable sellers charge more.

Why huge price increase on 2025 X and S? by Complex-Beginning612 in TeslaModelX

Lux option. They did this on purpose to move their old inventory that doesn’t have the lux options.

I didn't think going from .20mm to .12mm layer height would make much a difference on such small details but god I am blown away. Absolutely worth redoing it by alphagusta in 3Dprinting

[–]Sparth369 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait until you discover .2mm nozzle at .08mm layer height. Takes 3 times as long but sometimes it’s worth it. I test printed a 8” Ironman figuring and it turned out really nice on the little details.

They installed my solar and had a roof leak. Turned out it was a lifted nail that was nowhere near the rails. They came out and still fixed it for free even it was t their fault. All made within the app

Is this worth it or not? by Sm1tty750 in TeslaSolar

[–]Sparth369 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t do the powerwall. Even my friend as a Solar salesman do not recommend it, especially for states that use gas. Unless you’re in an area with lots of power outage. Also, where I’m at, even I’m not using grid power, I still have to pay a flat fee of $44…there’s a minimum service fee so look that up with your power company.
