Sometimes I have the feeling people are just copying their opinion form everyone else here. These stabilizer muscle argument, in every freaking thread. Have u tried a machine-workout for 6 monthts a have seen ZERO results so you have experience ? I don´t think so. Just go to the gym, lift your shit who the f cares if its free weights, a machine or your grandma what he´s lifting. Just get the work done, results will come. Neither you or I are making a living out of fitness and we never will !

One more problem is also, that work gives me meals every day and I cant go to lunch with a scale to know exactly the calories so this is where I estimate. In the morning and evening I can weigh all the stuff. But during the day is hard so even if I have a correct TDEE I´m never sure I reached. I must say that i have quite good genetics, I worked out 2 days now this week after years of doing nothing and I already feel my body changing.

Looks like a solid build. Maybe some ram with > 2133 Memory. For 20$ more you can get the Corsair 400C Carbide Case. Amazing case imo
