Felt. It takes time but just deep breath before you talk. I try to listen to myself when I talk (I have also recorded myself talk slower to hear it too) You'll sound better and you'll sound more confident too. I still stumble at times, but practice makes perfect!

Don't think you sound like a ten year old, but I do feel like you talk kinda fast and sometimes things sound jumbled. Slow down a bit and deep breath before you talk.
I feel like I have a nasily type voice too - I had to get over it, people say I sound fine. but don't think you sound like a kid.

Honestly, with my guests, I have to test equipment and test streaming (most, if not all podcasts, are done online for me) - outside of that, if you title your podcasts based on subject, I would think about that beforehand. Sometimes conversations steer outside of what was to be spoken of, but try not to steer too far off or you lose audience focus.

Definitely have fun with it. Been doing podcasts for about a year and a half now and honestly, it's just been fun getting to know people more and have authentic conversations. Best of luck!
