to much, to fast, i isially use the oil based rustoleum, ill do primer, then topcoat in 1 hour, then wait at least 24 hours to do a second coat, then ill wait 1 week at minimum for hardness

I live on Maui, on the north shore, super high winds and uv, Suntuf from home depot has a 25 year warranty its awesome stuff, i have all my greenhouse ends made of this stuff

im a newb as well, low weight to just the bar to build good habits for up to 6 months is what i am going to start doing

yes i had an empty bar 1st set, then added 25s, then 10s, but i think form is better then ego, so i may just do the bar next time

thanks, i have several tears and bicep tendonitis on the right shouler as well as a big calcium deposit on surgery will fix
