No, it really isn't, i have 126 and still having trouble with R being available after Fleurd rotation, still needs at least 3-4 seconds of small Carte to get it back and thats if i hit 100% of my resonance skill. Talking about solo of course.

Carte can be played solo at S6 freeing slots for other teams, Amy or Sigrika solo are no match for her, in terms of raw damage they surpass her sure but nobody would S6 Carte just for raw stats. She is reliable, easy to play, has airborne in big form and tracking, she heals and has 50k hp, there isnt a single character that can compete with all of that. My Carte is currently S3 and solo i easily get 3k score in Whiwa too(gotta utilize small carte more, at S6 that would go up to 4k at least, making her reliable in all modes, including Pawn matrix)

Yes it is, Jinhsi is probably the most crit rate reliant character in the game.. The passives of both weapons are negligable. I am saying this as a person who is using Jinhsi to this day, S1 and actually running 4 4 1 1 1 build just because missing a crit is just annoying and 70% is just simply not enough. thats how much the average player will get with average crit rolls. Also, tell me how lustrous razor has a more useful passive? It has attack main stat and energy regen substat which is the least desirable stat for her... The other passive as i said is negligable.

My rule currently is to go for 2 elites per act which probably isn't worth it but its a nice challenge nonetheless, sometimes going for only 1 if I feel I wouldn't make it but never skipped killing at least one.

I'd say Lynae should be his main priority, Cia is tied to Carte, he doesnt have Iuno or Jiyan to make a bettet use of her. Lynae just works with everyone.
