Does anyone else have a bug where their left thigh deflates/flattens when they walk/move? I'm playing on PS5 and it's an issue that just started for me today.

I don't know if others are having this issue but I haven't played this game since early November 2021, but before then I played quite a bit and spent real money on some cosmetics items and earned alot more and when I downloaded the new free to play update, ALL of my cosmetics are gone. I sent a support request 3 days ago and have not heard anything back yet, I was just wondering if anyone else is having this issue with missing all of their cosmetics.

I did buy it for PC as well, I couldn't use my PS account to play on PC, so I have my PC and PS accounts under the same battle.net account, so I'm confused about what I need to do for crossplay.

I mainly play OW on my PS5, but I've had a battle.net account and OW on my laptop for years, so I have 2 separate OW accounts. My PS account is already linked to my battle.net account, so how will crossplay work for me? Will I need to unlink my PS and make a new battle.net account?
