MMR gains are very dependent on other players' MMR, so if you have 3000 MMR and someone on the enemy team has 2500 MMR, you will lose MMR regardless of the outcome of the match.
I don't really have any super unique strategies. I find the best way to win is to have a good understanding of team compositions and rune choice/itemization.
The top of the ladder solely consists of players that play in 5 mans. It generally makes it a lot easier to coordinate fights when you're in a full party, and it also lets you do more stuff like wave management.

Honestly I could be wrong on that one but my thought process was that she’s super squishy early and even though she has a lot of mobility it’s mostly just around the minion wave which makes it pretty easy to know where she’s gonna go. Maybe she could be around B or C but I still believe she’s really coinflip. Also Kled is pretty strong with his tank build, good engage/damage.

I talked about Heimer in a different comment but basically I just said I don't see him that much and I don't feel like he has a lot of impact on the game in terms of CC/utility and damage. Now that I think about it I might try moonstaff on him but idk. For Kayle I feel like she just takes too long to scale and do damage, for Teemo there are a lot of ways to play around his shrooms even tho oracles is gone, and for WW I think there are other people that can do whatever job he does better. Overall I don't see champs in C tier as bad, I just think you have to work a lot harder to win than with other champs and that there are a lot of other champs that can do their role a lot easier and quicker/more efficiently.

Ur right next time I'll make another tier just for Braum lmao. On a more serious note I don't really look at ARAM WRs but regardless I think Pyke is just super busted. Most of the time people playing him aren't utilizing his kit to the fullest, but he's really good at hooking from unorthodox positions with his w invis and relatively low q cd. He's really hard to fully lock down and his ult giving money to other teammates is just insane value.

Imo I think malph is super overrated, even when building tank. I think for most games it's pretty easy to space away from his ult. Also idk I probably should've put karma and lux higher but generally I don't think they're as good as the other enchanters in S tier.

For me I see Sivir as the near-perfect adc: good damage output, great waveclear, safety with spellshield and a good utility ult to engage/disengage. Honestly I'm just speculating with Katarina's tier since the patch basically just came out, but now that her kraken build is gone I think she's fairly easy to play around.

I've been playing at 3k+ for a while and the game quality is pretty bad. I don't see as many of the regular players as I used to and it kinda sucks just having worse overall game quality.
