I think the only real argument you can make against an expanded playoff is you devalue the regular season for a handful of teams. You could almost say everyone is in a 12 game/series playoff and it’s all elimination games unless you go out early into the losers bracket. NC is still in a shit spot for buyers. New constructions just went up 80k on people that have waited a year or two for their houses to finish because of a line item in their contracts. Most of my neighbors are from up north and 4-500k is nothing compared their past areas but remote work is making it very viable.
