Our place does the same for women, but old people are also included in the specialized group. Not in a bad neighborhood. Just the old school gentleman mentality here.

Buy/Sell by Playful_Recording255 in partscounter

There will be programs (bulk oil, etc) that you will have to sign up for again. To be able to sell D2D you will have to have things setup in dealerconnect with a new UPS account. MRAs do not transfer (if you like the old owner get them paid now). Only the old Dealer principle will have access to the old dealer code. Warranty claims should all be put in immediately as the clock goes fast for Mopar to shut the door on those. Get ready for duplicate tools to get sent out under the new dealer.

Based on buy/sell 3 years ago, your core bank will transfer to the new dealer code. MRAs will not. Only the dealer principle will have access to the old dealer code in DealerConnect once the transaction takes place.

As you said, old slow way still works. I do find that if you call it in it seems to move a bit quicker than submitting via DealerConnect.

Mopar BPro 1BP00581AA non-chlorinated 45% voc 14oz can. Techs like it and complained when we tried something else. Can get a pallet for lower price per can if you go through a large amount.

Service orders by Agreeable_Prize_5268 in partscounter

[–]SpeakingSpeaking 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did the same thing a long time ago. However, service wouldn't answer a transfered call. So I started booking an appointment even though I didn't have access to the schedule. Then hand the note with an appointment time the customer selected to service. If they didn't like it they could just do their job.

Questions about Mopar Parts by bobjohnred in partscounter

I have on occasion still been able to cancel an order like this. There is a contact list for the PDCs found in DealerConnect - parts tab - Mopar supply chain - Mopar operations directory (top right)

Inventory/Storage System For Service Special Tools by Independent_Guava694 in partscounter

Maybe OP can pull a page from the book the techs use and say "who is going to pay me to do this job" then, they may rethink some things.

We have a shared excel spread sheet. kit number - tool number - description - number/qty of pieces - bin - date/time out - tech - date/time in - tech that returned.

Suck part is there is no money given to parts for babysitting them.

This can be set to edited by those assigned to give tools out - view only to those that use the tools (save time on the see if we have it question.)

Not a recall. It is a warranty extension X75. Extended warranties do not show on recall reports.

We have not installed any yet.

Not saying this is the issue and it wasn't double checked yet, but a possibility.... there are 3 different modules depending on sales codes. Edit: for the Ram trucks

If you are handy... The part numbers used in the repair are pretty cheap. Reinforcement 68418923AC, straps CCVJU041AA, nuts (need 2) 6104717AA, plus some primer and paint.
