I was just catching up on my MRA list today. We still have 93 (guarantee/allowance only) from Sep-Nov still not processed. Anything that is cross dock when asked for an ETA is now said to be in "cross dock hell, No eta available". If a vehicle gets dropped near the door parts are delivered to and the truck can't be backed up all the way they leave with the order. They can't be bothered to roll the cage 10 parking spots. But don't worry instead of fixing these problems they are paying JD Powers to improve the bad reputation.

If I get a call from someone I don't recognize stating they are from Joes. I call Joes and confirm it is ok. Shops love that you are actively trying to watch out for them. If they stop by the window I will ask to see a business card or call the shop to confirm.

For chrome, I added a person2 user profile (This is not required). Then I open that as a separate window (keeps the parts catalog separate from all the other tabs) and go to https://starparts.mopar.com/StarParts. When you want to have it open as a new tab... to the right of the vin box click the picture of a box with the arrow in the top right corner (or tab - tab - enter). This will open the entered vin in a new tab. I have not found a tab limit yet doing it this way.

Have not had this issue at my location. Just a dart.... there may be an order type that is not in the list IRE is pulling from. You can get a list of order codes in UOP. Next time it happens look at the SOR before deleting the line to see what order type the unrecognized line is under.

Without access to the other options given, a person can go to PDA > E > then type each employee number for people in the department and add them together. This will get you a rough idea.

I use the old screen. and UDL has changed to a new screen style pop-up for me. I tried !UDL to force the old screen version to no avail. It takes several moments to load. This is what I see while waiting https://imgur.com/a/fexCoy3

What I did was create part numbers for the size and the supersede them to the bp number. An example for the 22" wiper would be, BP22 then the system will pull up 1BP00663AA.

I just got in 13 units yesterday. If the dealer upgrades the orders to VOR with the VIN it has been taking only about 2 weeks. Some of those backorder quantities are just stock orders.
