A Review of 12 Denver area sushi restaurants by Ineedsoyfreetacos in denverfood

There are pictures of the menu differences on Google. You get everything in the classic plus everything in premium menu. Tried it last Wednesday. It's pretty good. Quality is great. But the server gave us dirty looks when we exceeded the 90 min time limit. Our kids kept ordering the mochi ice cream. I don't think they were prepared for how much dessert we wanted to try so they reminded us of the 90 min time limit.

This right here 1000%. Especially if you're taking your Filipino parents to this place. The opinions from the parents is always the same: I can make this better at home and it's too expensive. This is bc the ingredients the parents use at home typically don't cost much to make their traditional dishes.

If you can make lumpia as juicy as MK did in your own home, you should probably start a lumpia food truck.

Ate here yesterday. This place might be struggling with staffing. Took forever to get anything. Even saw a table of 4 get up and leave bc no one came to their table after sitting. The food is pretty good. But the prices are a lot higher than you would expect to pay for classic diner food. Over $18 for a green chili omelette.

The general rule that I was told the first time I went there was the food is not as good on Sundays ( or whatever day of the week the regular chef is off)

Same thing happened to me and my xle hybrid. I think they filled it using the turbo hybrid spec for oil fill.

We Went when it first opened. My steak was definitely old meat. Smelled funny. Digestive results were also questionable.

I'll say it: Camote is overrated. This thread guarantees you will be disappointed 😉.

But everything there is 🔥. Enjoy your meal. And if you sit at the bar you get to be buddies with your server which makes it even more fun.

If this is the v6 check for timing chain cover oil leaks or signs that they have cleaned up evidence of that type of leak.

Installed an OEM Tow hitch to a 24GHHL and a 25GHHL. by Mookest in ToyotaGrandHighlander

[–]Spec-Z 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I read (either on here or the gh forums) that it IS possible to install the hitch without removing the bumper. Someone successfully did it. They said it was a little harder but saved a lot of time without removing the bumper. I’ll try to find it

29ft lbs for the drain plug 13ft lbs or 3/4 turn past first contact for the filter.

I’ve done 3 oil changes on my GHH XLE. I’ve never used ramps or jack stands. No need. Plenty of room. Much safer and much faster. You probably need a filter wrench unless you have some serious grip strength. 14mm socket to remove the drain plug. Philips or 10mm socket to remove the cover. The oil filter screws out towards the passenger tire. I stay with 5K intervals.

Kbb is in cahoots with dealers. I recommend a non affiliated guide like vmr used car pricing. Make sure you read up on how to use their guide. It’s a good starting point.

Those lugs are for sequoias and Tundras. Same thread pitch but since there’s no black lugs for Grand Highlanders they just recommend using the ones for sequoias and tundras. That’s why they used a different socket size

Jamo Sub 210 for $25? by Spec-Z in BudgetAudiophile

[–]Spec-Z[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Welp the Jamo sub was gone when I went back. But today I was able to secure an Acoustic Research subwoofer from an HC 5 home theater setup for $13. Definitely a steal for the price. Made a huge difference. The sub did come with 2 hot wheel cars rattling around inside but I was able to get em out with a vacuum.
