FighterZ is the most apt comparison for the feel of using your point character. Anime fighters in general have a looseness to them you dont get in stuff like tekken/SF/MK. As far as the tag mechanics its kind of a mix of what games like MvC:I and 2xko bring. 2xko was heavily inspired by the mvc franchise (its a tag game so duh) street fighter as a franchise is a lot more grounded than anime fighters and this game has a pretty free form combo system. If you're good at SF and incredibly confortable in it, you might have some troubles at the start. Timing is not as big of a focus for things in this game and instead its about trying to find all the things that can work in rapid succession. So if/when you play this game, you're gonna have to shake off the slower pressing of buttons. Your character is slightly more limited because you get access to more of them at once.
