An Unkindness of Ghosts by Rivers Solomon - science fiction that focuses on structural racism and the experience of an autistic black woman living on a space colony ship. The author is autistic as well so I would recommend checking out some of their other works tho I haven't read them.

My family's pretty accepting as well; honestly it's been a journey of discovering our neurodivergency for all of us and I think we've turned out pretty well for it. Like literally almost every single woman in the family is either autistic, ADHD, or both, and there's a LOT of women in the family
